2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the event will result in no refund.
3.2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
3.3. Rescheduling is permitted up to two times if requested at least 24 hours before the event.

4. Event Participation

4.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced experience without refunds.
4.2. Oakleaf Studios reserves the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrupting the event.

5. Liability

5.1. Oakleaf Studios is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
5.2. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Oakleaf Studios staff.

6. Changes and Cancellations by Us

6.1. Oakleaf Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All materials, designs, and content provided during the event are the intellectual property of Oakleaf Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

Return and Refund Policy

Oakleaf Studios Paint and Sip Party Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for choosing Oakleaf Studios for your Paint and Sip party! To ensure the best experience for all our guests, please review our refund and rescheduling policy below:

Cancellations
- No Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Partial Refunds: For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a 50% refund of the total amount will be issued.

Rescheduling
- Guests are allowed up to two rescheduling options at no additional cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the event.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be accommodated, and the event will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.

Additional Information
- All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent via email or in writing.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the cancellation confirmation.
